NFC, NFCT, and NFCW join in preserving the tradition of the Khao Lam merit-making ceremony.
NFC Public Company Limited, NFCT Co,.Ltd and NFCW Co.Ltd participated in the Khao Lam merit-making tradition organized by the Community Enterprise of the Small-Scale Fishing Boat Association in Mueang and Ban Chang Districts, Rayong Province. The purpose of this event was to promote unity within the fishing community and local residents, as well as to preserve and pass on the local cultural tradition for future generations.
Khao Lam is sticky rice in bamboo, a common Southeast Asian dish consisting of sticky rice roasted inside specially prepared bamboo sections of different diameters and lengths. It is consumed both as a savory food and as a sweet dessert.
